Simple Recipes

This is a collection of non-alcoholic mixed drink recipes I came up with. I refer to a "non-alcoholic malt beverage," the one I used is sweetened and carbonated. "Monster" also refers to the famous energy drink.

I should have more recipes in the future, for now, here are my recipes.

(Update: I haven't updated this site in a long time, but I'd appreciate a few pennies every once in a while, because I'm trying to provide a service. I think all jobs are a provision of service in some form or other, and it's really pretty much all I have for a job right now, especially due to the coronavirus.)

Orange Chocolate Milk: Some orange juice, some milk, and a few scoops of chocolate milk mix. Very good. Tastes just like a Terry's Chocolate Orange.

Malt Orange Juice: When you mix orange juice and a non-alcoholic malt beverage, they combine together to give a nice, citrusy sting to it.

Monster and Orange Juice: This is also good, it doesn't "sting" quite as much as Malt Orange Juice, but it still has a strong citrusy flavor.

Monster and Apple Juice: It's hard to describe the taste, other than combining apple juice with Monster seems to make it somewhat more "appley."

Monster and Malt: When you mix Monster and a little bit non-alcoholic malt beverage, the addition of malt gives it a dark, bold flavor.

Root Beer and Soy Milk: Not too bad. The soy milk kind of complements it.

Root Beer and Almond Milk: This is good. The nutty taste of the almond milk goes well with the creamy taste of the root beer.

Root Beer, Almond Milk and Chocolate Milk Mix: This is delightful. The chocolately taste of the chocolate, the nutty taste of the almond milk, and the creamy taste of the root beer goes together into one sweet package.

Malt, Almond Milk and Chocolate Milk Mix: The addition of a non-alcoholic malt beverage gives it a sting. Not bad, though not the most usual taste.

(Update: I don't think I will be shopping as much due to the "big flu season."

I tried orange cream soda and ginger beer, thinking that might be a good combination, but it turned out to taste rather odd. It made me cough first time I drank it, so I used more orange soda, but it still?had a sharp taste. I don't think I'm a big fan of ginger beer that much.
On the other hand, I tried blue bubblegum soda with the orange and cream soda, and the flavours are somewhat complementary. The latter is a dark yellowish green color.
Lastly, I tried ginger beer with blue bubblegum soda. Surprisingly, it's the flavour I like the most, the ginger beer gives it a nice kick.
Also, my old site was at bliksemlightning.neocities.org, but I migrated to FC2. I also was not able to use the e-mail I signed up for on the Neocities account for FC2, so the Neocities and FC2 websites both have different e-mails associated with them.)
I tried Monster Dragon Tea and something called Guru Organic Energy Drink mixed together. On it's own, the Dragon Tea has a slightly weak flavour, however, when you mix the organic drink with it, it boosts the flavour. The Organic Energy Drink also has a rather sharp flavour, but combining it with the Dragon Tea mellows out the flavour. You can play with different amounts, see what flavour you prefer. Although, it's not recommended to drink more than one big can of energy drinks a day, so maybe try smaller cans, if you can find them.
